Self-Service Interviews

TO COMPLETE A NEW INTERVIEW:
Select an interview type from the pulldown.
(NOTE: Changing the interview type will replace the contents in the text box.)

COPY - Copy the entire contents of the text box to paste elsewhere (in case you would like to work on the interview offline).
REFRESH - Restore the interview to its original state removing all answers.
SUBMIT - Submit a completed interview for processing. Interview submissions may take several seconds to transmit content into the system.
NOTE: If you provide a valid email (optional for submission; required for loading and updating), you will receive information about the submission's availability and information on how to update an interview (in case you want to change your answers; see below).

TO UPDATE AN EXISTING INTERVIEW:
Those who provide a valid email with an interview submission will receive a randomized token. Both the email address and the token are required to load and update the associated interview form. Enter the email address and token into the text areas, then click the LOAD button. This will fetch your previously submitted interview form. Make any updates to the form, make sure the email address and token are entered, and then click SUBMIT.
NOTE: Updated interviews will need to be re-processed prior to any changes going live on the website.
